When will my order be dispatched?

We ship orders between 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Any order received before 12.00 pm shall be shipped same day. Any order received after 12.00 pm shall be shipped next working day. Our working days are from Monday to Friday.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for any orders that value more than Rs. 499.00

How do I track my order?

Once order is scheduled to pickup, You will receive a mail as well as SMS confirmation along with courier name and tracking (AWB) number and a link for tracking directly.

How many days will it take for our order to reach?

Delivery days can vary due to multiple factors but usually within 5 working days in Metro Cities, 7 Working days for Tier 2 Cities and 10 working days for remote areas.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, If you have ordered wrong size of batteries by mistake. We can replace any unopened packs although return and re-ship charges apply. If in rare case, we have made any mistake by supplying wrong batteries, return and re-ship will be beared by us.
